Who provides the services
Report Manager has been written by Toni Martir since 1994, and published as open source and supported from Girona (Spain) since 1998. The designer, the engine, the components and the report servers are free, and so are the AI assistants when the model runs on your own hardware.
Only two things are paid for here: a Reportman AI plan, for whoever would rather have the AI in the cloud, and the support hours of the order page. Those, this website and the rest of the services offered on it are provided and invoiced by REPORTMAN AI, S.L., the company whose data appear above and whose founder and CEO is Toni Martir.
The same company runs ai.reportman.es — Reportman AI, the web designer and the AI service the copilots call — and erpaisoftware.com, Reportman AI ERP.
Intellectual property
The engine, the designer and the components of Report Manager are open source under the Mozilla Public License: anyone may use, study, modify and redistribute that code under the terms of the licence. Its copyright belongs to its author, Toni Martir, and to the external contributors credited for their parts. The source code is on GitHub and on SourceForge.
Not every part is open source. The Reportman AI service that the copilots and the AI assistants call is proprietary software of REPORTMAN AI, S.L., used under its own subscription terms. The texts, images and screenshots of this website, and the Report Manager and Reportman names and logos, belong to REPORTMAN AI, S.L. except where another author is credited.
Data protection and cookies
These pages are static: they set no cookies, they carry no analytics and no third-party trackers, and no form here sends personal data to the company. The order and donation buttons of the order page hand you over to PayPal, where PayPal's own terms and privacy policy apply.
If you write to us, your address and the content of your message are used only to answer you and to keep the thread of the matter. The controller is REPORTMAN AI, S.L.; you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@reportman.es, and you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe they have not been respected.
The products have their own privacy policy, which covers accounts, subscriptions and what the AI assistants send: privacy policy of Reportman AI.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law governs this website and the services offered on it. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Girona (Spain), without prejudice to any mandatory rule that gives jurisdiction elsewhere — in particular, a consumer may always bring the matter before, and be sued only before, the courts of their own domicile.
